Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone or email.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Update and maintain the company’s internal systems and databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
